1. Products and Authenticity
All watches sold on Watchio are 100% original branded timepieces sourced from authorised distributors. Product images are for illustration; minor variations in colour or packaging may occur.
2. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes. We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Payment is collected in cash upon delivery of your order.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed within 24 hours. Delivery takes 2–4 working days nationwide and is free across Pakistan. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.
4. Returns and Refunds
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos. Verified claims will be resolved with a replacement or a full refund. Change-of-mind returns are accepted for unused items in original packaging within 7 days; return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
5. Warranty
Every watch includes a warranty covering manufacturing defects as stated on the product page. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, water exposure beyond the stated rating, or unauthorised repairs.
6. Limitation of Liability
Watchio’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
