Watchio.pk 1-Year Service Warranty — Every watch purchased from Watchio.pk comes with a 1-year Watchio service warranty covering manufacturing defects and movement faults under normal use. What is covered: movement/mechanism defects, hands or markers coming loose, crown or clasp defects. What is NOT covered: battery replacement, glass/crystal breakage, scratches or normal wear, water damage from use beyond the stated water resistance, damage from drops or misuse, unauthorized repairs. To claim warranty, contact us with your order number within the warranty period. Warranty service includes free repair; if repair is not possible, we will offer a replacement or store credit.
